Martin Grasso

Mr. Grasso has 25 years of experience in originating and structuring equity/debt financing for alternative asset class investments as both a direct and fund investor. Earlier in his career, Mr. Grasso was a founding partner of GROW Associates, a private equity asset management enterprise focused on managing high net worth family capital.
David Andrus
COO, member of the Board of Directors and a founder of PSCG
Mr. Andrus co-founded the development of venture-backed CFOs. Mr. Andrus has 20 years of experience in software and statistical modeling, finance, and direct investing in private equity companies. He also brings experience as a founder and CEO of a venture backed company sold to Microsoft.
Jeffrey Hiller
CFO
Mr. Hiller has spent over 20 years as the Chief Financial Officer of publicly and privately held companies. His experience ranges from structured finance and leasing transactions to Initial and Secondary Public Offerings.
Craig Caukin
Managing Director
Mr. Caukin brings 30 years of experience in commercial banking, structured finance and capital market transactions. He has been closely involved with obtaining ratings and leverage for the venture debt asset class for Pearl Street. He has also acted as advisor to and principal with numerous rated and unrated leveraged transactions across multiple asset classes.
Brian Koeller
Managing Director
With 20 years of institutional investment experience, Mr. Koeller has managed risks associated with a variety of asset classes, including asset-backed securities. Prior to joining Pearl Street, Mr. Koeller was with State Street Corporation where he held many key positions, most recently as a Senior Portfolio Manager, and prior to that as a Risk Manager in Global Treasury, overseeing an $80 billion investment and leveraged-leasing portfolio.
Gordon Reinert
Managing Director
Mr. Reinert is the architect of Pearl Street's intellectual property and IP strategy specializing in securitization and analysis of non-traditional assets. He was a founding partner in a commercial finance company focused on asset based lending.
Jim Ellison
Managing Director
Mr. Ellison has over 20 experience originating, structuring and underwriting various types of senior and mezzanine debt facilities to venture capital backed start-up and expansion stage companies. Most recently, Mr. Ellison was Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Square 1 Bank where he was responsible for running the Bank’s Technology practice, and served on the Bank's Credit Committee and Asset and Liability Committee.
Keith Allman
Manager of Analytics & Modeling
Mr. Allman has nearly 10 years of experience in quantitative analytics related to corporate and structured products valuation and pricing. Prior to joining Pearl Street, Mr. Allman ran Enstruct, a quantitative modeling consulting and training company. He also previously ran the analytics group for NSM Capital Management, was a Vice President at Citigroup’s Corporate Investment Bank, and a Senior Analyst at MBIA.
David Uchimoto
Manager of Technology
Mr. Uchimoto develops operational compliance systems and trading models for Pearl Street transactions. He is a business information technologies specialist with extensive experience architecting and developing databases and multi-tiered applications.
